Scope of work included replacing flooring throughout; refinishing cabinets; extending the kitchen to allocate for a coffee nook, new countertops. Dual tone, black base cabinets and white upper cabinets was chosen to play on the black and white checkered wallpaper. Gold handles and fixtures were selected to give a vintage feel as an homage to the vintage stores all around town. Coffee nook has corbels and rails to further the vintage look with architectural details.

The downstairs bathroom is fully refinished with plaster paint in walls and charcoal paint for doors are trim.

All furniture and decor was hand selected to carry the farmhouse look. Gallery wall with art mostly collected from stores around town is the creme de la creme of the design.
